We have been doing projects with 918 for several years and two different homes -- decks, wallboard, plumbing, roofing, dry rot repair, structural repair -- big jobs and small -- pretty much everything! It's difficult these days to find a reliable, reasonably priced and skilled construction company, so we just keep coming back to 918. Every project they have done for us has been completed professionally, on-time, and on or under budget. Phillip is a delight to work with and is as honest as they come! We have several other projects to do in the near future. And 918 will be our first choice.

I called on a whim after reading reviews on the internet. I needed a roof leak repaired and had paid another roofer to fix the leak before. I was upfront about finding the leak for good. I didn't want to pay again and discover I still had the leak. 918 was hardworking, honest, and reliable throughout the entire job. Turned out I needed reshingling in the valley area and a new chimney cap. Luis did a water test before and after the job- no drips. I saved a bundle of money by chosing them around $1,500. I plan on calling back to have more work done. Thanks!

People that rated lower than 5 oooooooobviously did not have Phil as their contractor. �� Phil and his crew were always promt, always returned calls and texts, and Phil was on site every day to check progress, always with a smile on his face. We had an outdoor fireplace built by this company over the summer. The level of quality, craftsmanship , and communication was incredibly satisfactory.
